These are the key points of the rules that govern NineWin accounts and promotions. Where anything here differs from the terms you accept at sign-up, or the conditions shown when you claim an offer, those take priority.
Opening an account
Players must be 18 or older and permitted to gamble in their country. One account is allowed per person, and we don't accept customers from the United States, Spain, France and certain other countries.
The package
The package applies to your first three deposits, each at least £20. Stage one is 100% up to £500 with 150 free spins; stage two is 55% up to £500 with 100 free spins; stage three is 100% up to £500. Together that's up to £1,500 and 250 free spins. Bonus funds are subject to 35x wagering on the bonus amount, and free-spin winnings count as bonus funds under the same condition. Every stage is optional.
Codes and rewards
50HIGH: a 50% match up to £500. RELDAY: a 25% match up to £100, on Sundays. Weekly cashback: up to 25% of net losses. Rakeback: up to 18% of the house edge on real-money bets. Each promotion lists its own conditions when claimed.
Wagering contribution
Slots contribute 100% to wagering. Live and table games contribute a smaller share or nothing, and some games are excluded from bonus play.
Identity checks
We confirm identity, address and payment method before the first withdrawal and may do so again for larger amounts.
Payouts
Crypto withdrawals are usually processed within 24 hours of approval; card withdrawals take 2-3 business days and bank transfers up to 72 hours. Active bonus funds must be fully wagered, or forfeited, before withdrawal.
Regulation
NineWin is operated by Pointissimo B.V. under a Curaçao licence, not a licence from the UK Gambling Commission. Complaints we can't resolve are referred to the Curaçao licensing authority, and UK statutory dispute resolution doesn't apply.

Promotions and their terms may be amended or withdrawn. The terms displayed when you claim an offer are the ones that apply.
